RULES.

1).    NO SILLY STRINGS!!!!!!
2).    No food, drinks, gum, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed in the inflatables at any time.
3).    No water on slides unless it is a water slide.
4).    Inflatables must be supervised by an adult at all times.  Rules and maximum occupancies must
        be enforced.
5).    Follow ALL posted safety rules at all times.

BAD WEATHER

Sam's Inflatables, LLC reserves the right not to deliver when weather conditions are a threat.  Weather can be harmful to the children.  Safety is our main concern.  If the weather is in question, we will call you prior to delivery.  Once we deliver the rental, there are no refunds.

ABUSE/NEGLIGENCE OF EQUIPMENT

All our equipments are in compliance with ASTM F-24 committee standards.  If any damage occurs as a result of neglience, horse playing, abuse, or exceeding the maximum weight limits, the renter will be responsible for the cost of the repairs or replacement of the equipment.  If the inflatable is extemely dirty or has silly strings, gum, candy, etc, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee.

SAFETY

Only participants of compatible ages and sizes shall play in the unit at the same time.  See safety rules/precautions are printed on each inflatable.  In addition, the lessee is required to abide by all safety rules and be present at time the unit is being used by a child.
